Sales & Marketing Management Magazine just recently found that managers determined that money is the very best employee motivation that THEY felt counted for the foremost. Employees, however, said that a &aquot;sense of accomplishment, and being rewarded for doing a good job&aquot; were the number one and two most influential motivators. Money came in fifth!

Without using the estimating software they would be very hard pressed to make any money on their jobs because of all of the estimating and "guesstimating". A majority of contractors go out of business because they don't manage their projected costs in their construction estimating or bidding software.
