Have you ever thought, "I would like to Make my Own Website" ?

Each year we conduct Website Builder Reviews from the previous years to find the best website builder or the best business website builder that can easily create a nice, functional website quickly. View an At-a-Glance Comparison Chart for each right here!

These website builders require no software download and can easily be used online through your browser. When we do a Website Builder Review, we are also looking for the easiest to use Ecommerce Software Solution integrated with the website builder.

Site2You website builder has a very comprehensive editor. Their editor allows you to modify every single element of your webpage, from graphics to the text on those graphics. They also allow you to see the whole picture, and you will get a very good idea about how your website will actually look to potential customers. In addition, it allows you to edit each individual item. The problem, however, with Site2You, is that it isn’t designed for ecommerce. If you want to run a business from your website, you will have to program the ecommerce parts of the webpage yourself. For someone with a moderate level of experience with HTML, this probably wouldn’t be too difficult. However, it will take more time, and while it may pay off in the end, due to the fact that you will be able to troubleshoot your web page. Site2You isn’t recommended for someone that doesn’t have very much experience with HTML.

In lieu of having a setup ecommerce website, Site2You links to a very useful site that has a large amount of scripts. Scripts are lines of code that have your website do a specific thing. What this means is that Site2You offers huge amounts of customization, even though they don’t allow you to do that customization during the initial design phase.

Another problem that stems from using Site2You is the fact that they don’t offer hosting. Once again, they have links to companies that will host your website for you, but they, themselves, don’t offer hosting. This is more than a small problem, as anyone who wants to create an ebusiness site most likely doesn’t have the years of experience required to find a good hosting company, and to then submit their site to said company.

Overall, Site2You has a very powerful editing system. However, without any true ecommerce solutions, they fail to cater to the small business looking for an all-in-one Internet solution. In addition, their lack of hosting ability makes them an even more unlikely choice for businesses without a lot of web design experience.
